Vespa “Douglas” 1953 entered into the January 30th Classic Car Auction.
Manufactured 1953, registered in the UK 01-11-2007 and extensively recommissioned to its present state. Single sprung seat with pillion seat as standard. Has not been ridden or started since late 2008 although engine does turn over. Vendor states everything was in good working order at the time it came off the road in 2008 and has remained in good condition due to it being garaged. NB we are unable to state the frame number as it appears to have been removed. We also believe the exhaust is incorrect. Sold as a non runner. Engine no: 3903649
