Ford Mustang Coupe 1968. Originally a Texas car, bought as a graduation present by the father of the previous owner, Gigi Lacombe. It then spent most of its time in Marquette, Michigan before being shipped over by the vendor in 2008. The vehicle was fully stripped and re-assembled with new parts including a bare metal re-spray (see photographic history) The vehicle was originally Highland Green from the factory under its ‘Texan white blow over’. A fully rebuilt 289V8 from Muscle Car Technologies was fitted coupled with a four speed top loader gearbox, new Holley 650CFM carb, Flowmaster exhaust system, new starter motor, alternator and clutch. Suspension overhaul, front disk brake conversion included in the brake overhaul. Painted in Highland Green with all new interior. Reciepts in file for 10k plus. Body and chassis in excellent condition, never welded. Used locally on a regular basis with its last big day out at the 50th anniversary celebrations at the Silverstone Classic, July 2014.
