This excellent MGBGT, which has spent almost all his life in Cornwall is to be sold without reserve for the best possible price.  There are invoices over £21,000 spent on the car during the vendor’s ownership plus an invoice raised by Penpol Garage, Hale, Cornwall for £1165.84 for re-conditioning the engine which included a rebore  and re-grind crank shaft at 70777 mil  present mileage 91,540, plus, in August ’14 there is an invoice raised by Trefra Motor Repairs, St. Austell  for £3260 for body restoration, which included 122 hours of labour. She is also fitted with aluminium sump guard. All seating areas, door cappings, arm rests etc are in leather, dashboard lighting is green LED.  The batteries fitted are “dry” type and she has an electric aerial. The invoice for the engine was dated 10.5.02

Auctioneers Notes: This car is presented to you in very sound order indeed.  The vendor, who acquired this great car in February ’14 and is selling purely because he is suffering from arthritis hence the fitting of electric windows, plus she is fitted with a tracker.  There are 2 large history files, one the Dixon family from 1981 – 2014 and one from the vendor’s file.  Both these files are superb in detail, plus you have a handwritten log itemising every penny spent, dates and mileage from 1981 – 2009.  Fine reading on a cold winter’s day.  This car is highly recommended.
