Description:Purchased new in 1969, this Daimler lived in Jersey from then until 2015. Original number plate/ engine number/ gearbox. The 65,000 miles is believed genuine. Lots of receipts including original bill of sale, handbook etc. Runs on unleaded. Very little mileage covered since engine/ springs/ gearbox rebuild in 2003 (engine included de-bore £1538) and gearbox in 2009 of £894. Auctioneers notes: A lovely old car, does need some TLC on the interior. History file is excellent, the car was supplied to a Mr N Knoop of Jersey by Stratstone LTD of London in 1969 at a total cost of £1817.11.0p. The original book pack is included, service history from 1969 to 1997 when the mileage was 59,180 and is complete with manufactures and she has original Jersey logbook. Sits of Chrome wire wheels and tool kit looks complete. |
